Peacock Photography FAQ 

1. What types of photography do you specialise in? 

I specialise in weddings, portraits, events and lifestyle. If you don’t see your specific need listed, feel free to reach out—I’m open to any kind of shoot and happy to discuss custom sessions. 

2. How do I book a session? 

You can book directly through my booking page or send me a message via social media. And I will get back to you as soon as possible. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. 

3. How far in advance should I book? 

I recommend booking at least 2 weeks ahead of time to guarantee availability. 

4. How long will it take to receive my photos? 

Delivery time is typically 1-4 weeks depending on the type of session, photos will be delivered via pixiset where you’ll be able to download high quality images. 

5. Do you offer photo editing or retouching? 

Yes, all final images are professionally edited for colour, lighting, and tone. Basic retouching (skin, blemishes, etc.) is included.  

6. Can I get the RAW files? 

I don’t provide RAW files as part of the standard package. Final images are carefully edited and delivered in high-resolution JPEG format to reflect my professional style. 

7. Do you travel for shoots? 

Absolutely! I’m based in Armidale NSW, but I love to travel. Travel fees (90c per km outside Armidale town limits) may apply depending on the location.  

8. What should I wear to my photo session? 

I recommend wearing solid colours or coordinating tones. Avoid loud patterns or logos. I’m happy to provide a style guide or help with outfit planning. 

9. What happens if it rains (for outdoor shoots)? 

We’ll reschedule for the next available date, or switch to an indoor location if that’s an option. I always try to be flexible with weather. 

10. Do you offer wedding packages? 

Yes! I offer an elopement package for $1000. I also cover traditional weddings, just get in contact to get an accurate quote. Each option includes coverage hours, edited images, and an online gallery.  

11. Do you offer engagement sessions? 

Yes—engagement sessions are included in the elopement package or can be booked separately. 

12. Do you offer gift cards or vouchers? 

Yes—photo sessions make great gifts. Gift certificates are available in any amount. 

13. What’s your cancellation or rescheduling policy? 

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days in advance. The deposit is non-refundable but can be transferred if you reschedule.
